PUBLIC OFFER

This document constitutes an official proposal (public offer) from the online store Ducks Markers, available at ducksmarkers.com and ducksmarkers.com.ua, to enter into a remote purchase agreement in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce,” and other applicable legal regulations.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Seller – a sole proprietor or legal entity engaged in the sale of goods under the Ducks Markers brand through the websites [ducksmarkers.com and ducksmarkers.com.ua].

1.2. Buyer – any capable individual or legal entity who accepts this offer and places an order on the website.

1.3. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer confirms the order and completes the payment.


2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the goods listed in the website catalog to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to accept and pay for the goods under the terms of this agreement.

2.2. All products are handmade, may have individual characteristics, and include elements of artistic interpretation.


3. Order Placement

3.1. The Buyer independently places an order on the website, providing accurate personal information.

3.2. After placing the order, a confirmation is sent to the Buyer’s specified email address.


4. Payment and Delivery

4.1. Payment is made via the payment system or other available methods listed on the website.

4.2. Orders are shipped within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.

4.3. Delivery is carried out by UkrPoshta in accordance with their shipping rates.

4.4. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information.


5. Refunds and Claims

5.1. Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7 banking days.

5.2. In case of a confirmed product defect, the Buyer has the right to request a replacement or a refund.

5.3. Returns for any other reason are not accepted, as all items are produced individually.


6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All website content, including texts, images, and logos, is the property of Ducks Markers and is protected by copyright.

6.2. Use of any content or elements without written permission is strictly prohibited.

We comply with all legal requirements of Ukrainian law regarding the protection of personal data.

When placing an order, we only request the necessary information:

We ship across the entire territory of Ukraine using the Ukrposhta postal service.

1. Processing Time

All of our products are handmade and made to order. Orders are shipped within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.
In case of delays, we will notify you via email or phone provided during checkout.

2. Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated according to Ukrposhta’s current rates.
Shipping is paid upon delivery (cash on delivery), unless the item was already paid for online.

3. Shipping Notification

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information (full name, phone number, address).
Errors may result in delays or loss of the shipment.

We offer secure and convenient payment methods, along with a transparent refund policy.
If you receive a defective item, we will either replace it or issue a full refund upon confirmation of the issue (photo or video required).

Orders are paid online via our payment system or other methods specified on the website.
After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

2. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, simply email us at ducksmarkers@gmail.com, and we will refund the full amount to your bank card within 7 business days.

3. Refund After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, refunds are only possible in case of a confirmed defect or damage.
All products are handmade and customized, so we do not accept returns for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “didn’t like it.”

4. Quality Guarantee

All our products are crafted with attention to detail and undergo quality checks before shipping.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package, and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation fairly and promptly.
